I’m happy that my lovely neighbors woke me up so early this Saturday. I happily took advantage of this morning event to attend the first study meeting of my district – first because it feels like a New Years after that Playa adventure – and it was fantastic, indeed. We meditated and studied about the “Three thousand realms in a single moment of life”, a Buddhist study that explains how our hearts can drive our connection with the universe (living beings and environment). Which was exactly what happened, like magic, in the past two weeks. Not a coincidence. I’m so grateful and excited with this thing that I thought it was worth to share on here. We. Are. All.
